Returns & Refunds — New Sofas

Returns: Request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging. Email thesofabroker@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom & Preloved Items

Custom or made-to-order sofas are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. Preloved sofas are sold as seen and non-refundable, unless significantly misrepresented.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
