Delivery Information
Our new sofa deliveries are handled by a 2 person professional team who will:
- Bring your sofa directly into the room of your choice.
- Set up and arrange the sofa for you, so it’s ready to enjoy right away.
- All we kindly ask is that you handle the disposal of the packaging materials after delivery.

Damage on Delivery
Delivery Inspection: All items must be inspected upon delivery, while the team is present. Damage reported immediately will be resolved with repair, replacement, or exchange. Claims made after the team leaves cannot be accepted. If you request outdoor delivery or unpacking, you accept full responsibility, including weather or storage-related damage.
Cancellations & Failed Deliveries
Canceling or being unavailable within 24 hours of delivery incurs a £99 failed delivery fee. Re-delivery costs an additional £50 (£149 total). Refusing the redelivery fee still requires payment of the original £99 charge
Items That Don’t Fit
Customers must ensure items fit their property. Delivery failures due to access issues incur a £99 fee. Choosing a different product adds a £149 redelivery fee.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we send the wrong item, we’ll replace it free. If the error is due to your info, a redelivery fee applies. Missing small parts that don’t affect use will be sent free by post.
